Speakeasy Therapy Services was started by a speech therapist whose mission was to make a positive difference in the community.

Throughout the years, Speakeasy Therapy has spread throughout the city in the effort to provide multidisciplinary treatment through collaborative care with other specialists, and training of the families for home carryover, while using a “whole-istic” approach to maximize goals for growth and independence in functional daily living.

Speakeasy Therapy Services is searching for a flexible, resourceful LEAD Speech Therapist to join our team at Henderson

Senior/Lead SLP should set the bar for documentation, diversified and skilled treatment, professionalism mindset and positive environment for all to benefit in, as part of Speakeasy therapy, both in and outside the clinic. Promoting team morale. Sharing frustrations and concerns ONLY with other management, not other team members, to maximize work environment and retention of both staff and the clients.

Clinics with openings: Henderson, Spring Valley, North, Northeast, Northwest

CF: $40-50/hr through Clinical Fellowship year based on prior experience (SLPA), knowledge of skill sets, training and implementation in graduate school, etc

Clinical Fellows looking for a diverse caseload in pediatrics and some adults, with mentorship on site and interdisciplinary collaboration

SLP: $48-54/hr depending upon prior experience, skillset implementation, etc

SR/LEAD SLP ($52-56/hr) based on skill set, prior experience, plus bonus options for mentoring, co-signing, etc

• Amenities (room, food for therapy, assessments, computers, materials) covered by Speakeasy
• Payroll taxes covered by Speakeasy W-2 status NOT 1099
• Mentorship on site
• Flexibility in schedule based on how many hours you wish you work, understanding outpatient clinics are open later than schools to treat the school aged children in the broader scope than schools can address.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary team on site
Required Experience and Education
• Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-language Pathology
• Experience with certain disorders and age groups ( ideally 3-5 years)
• Preferred Experience with Feeding (if no feeding experience, agree to take CEU courses and mentorship by other Lead SLP's with training, to maximize integrated and comprehensive therapy to outpatient clientele)
• Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments
• Familiarity with database management software(i.e. EMR System)
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills
